Anderco Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Bates Footwear for the Irish Market
Anderco recently announced that we have entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Bates Footwear for the sales and marketing of the Bates product range throughout Ireland. The Bates brand has been part of the Wolverine portfolio for almost 40 years – a portfolio that also includes brands such as Caterpillar, Sebago and Hush Puppies. Over 1.5 million pairs of Bates footwear are purchased each year. The company is one of the largest suppliers of footwear to the US federal government and Department of Defence, as well as to security and military personnel in forty countries around the world.
According to Gerard Terpstra, Bates Head of European Sales –
“We selected Anderco because of the company’s track record, already wide product range, excellent technical personnel, sales and customer service staff and streamlined operations. Anderco’s focus on being a one-stop-shop for the public and private safety markets makes them an excellent partner to represent us.
