24/7/365 Service

To efficiently distribute safety equipment nationwide, Anderco have developed an infrastructure capable of responding rapidly to any local queries or issues. We use advanced stock management and forecasting software to assist in a prompt turnaround, and our emergency service can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Tailored logisitics and customised service packages

Since no two operations are alike, Anderco believes that service and training packages are successful only when they address the specific needs of individual workplaces. Because of this Anderco offer a range of customised service packages tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

We work with our customers to streamline the supply process and save valuable time in procurement, warehousing, finance and safety. Anderco currently operates a number of supply systems to facilitate your required ordering cycle – from onsite monitoring and handling of stockroom inventory to consigned stock management.

We also offer consultancy, training and safety services flexible enough to meet the needs of large and small businesses across a wide spectrum of market sectors, from pharmaceutical, chemical and electronics to the service sector, local authorities, government departments and general industry.

Dedicated Customer Service Team

In your transactions with Anderco, you are guaranteed prompt attention from an informed professional. Overall account management responsibility resides with the Key Account Manager. For each account, the Key Account Manager is supported by Anderco’s team of external sales professionals. Contact between customers and Anderco is managed on a day-to-day basis by the designated Account Manager and a dedicated, internal Customer Services Representative. The Account Manager and Customer Services Representative are always on hand to assist with purchase orders, services requests, technical and legislative queries, quotations and general account management.

As well as our online shop, Anderco are happy to develop company specific, electronic ordering facilities for our customers. This provides access to a range of products and services available online, facilitates contract pricing and corporate purchasing cards. Vendor Managed Inventory Programme

Leveraging Ireland and UK based teams of VMI specialists and extensive experience of operating on-site stock management systems, Anderco provide customers with an efficient VMI programme and structure for stock distribution.

Anderco offer a range of customised programmes tailored to each customer’s site specific needs, including tailored ordering and delivery cycles, customised stocking arrangements, approved stock holding and flexible billing arrangement:

  • Maintaining agreed on-site stocking levels.
  • Performing scheduled stock checks at agreed locations.

  • Maintaining a buffer stockholding at Anderco’s Irish and UK distribution centres.

Measuring and Man-packing Service

Anderco are experts in managing and distributing PPE and personalised garment orders on behalf of our customers. We offer a fulfilment service where we manage and distribute the selected range of personalised clothing to company offices / locations nationwide, as well as man-pack and delivery to individual staff. Anderco currently have experience of managing fulfilment systems for customers across a wide spectrum of market sectors nationwide including: Health & Safety Authority, NCT, Dublin City Council, Cork City Council, An Garda Siochana, Pfizer, Ascon/Rohcon and many more.
